- Manage existing long-term relationships that SEC has with contractors and continue to build these relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships and possess a thorough understanding of customer needs
- Expand existing customer base with new clients as we continue to grow our business.
- Complete take-offs by reading plans, specifications, state, and county regulations to prepare quotations.
- Entry of project information into a CRM and track projects through its cycle.
- Operate as key point of contact between customer and company to ensure accurate info is obtained and passed to right people.
- Manage the order entry of our products, submittal approval with clients and collaborate with our operations and logistics department to coordinate the fabrication and delivery of our products.
- Complete understanding and product knowledge on all the products we manufacture and distribute.
- Perform all work in a professional, accurate, detailed, and timely manner.
- Work to generate job quotations and offer value add solutions where opportunities present.
- Serve by aiding in coordination of deliveries.
- Personal visits with all customers on a regular basis to secure and develop long lasting and loyal customer relationships.
- Work to resolve issues and problems customers/SEC operations may have.
- Negotiate to win job proposals.
- Generate and follow leads for new business.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in construction sales preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Equivalent CRM.
- Ability to pass preemployment tests and drug testing.
